At Cool's Kitchen, we want your cooking and dining essentials to remain practical, clean and in good condition for as long as possible.

Different kitchen products may require different care depending on their materials, construction and intended use. Please always follow any product-specific instructions supplied with your order.

1. Before First Use

Before using your new kitchen or dining product:

  • Check the product: Inspect the item for visible damage, cracks, dents, loose parts or other issues.
  • Check the packaging: Make sure all packaging has been removed carefully.
  • Read product instructions: If instructions or care guidance are supplied with the product, read them before use.

Clean After Use

Wood is a natural material and minor variations in colour, grain and texture are normal.

Glass

  • Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
  • Dry carefully to reduce water marks.

4. Dishwasher & Microwave Use

Not every kitchen product is suitable for use in a dishwasher, microwave or oven.

Always check the individual product description or manufacturer's instructions before using a product in these appliances.

Unless suitability is specifically confirmed:

  • Do not place products in a dishwasher.
  • Do not use products in a microwave.

My product has a stain. What should I do?

Start with warm water and a mild washing-up liquid using a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaning materials unless the product instructions specifically recommend them.

Can I put my product in the dishwasher?

Only if the product description or manufacturer's instructions confirm that it is dishwasher safe.

Can I use my kitchen product in the oven or microwave?

Only where the product has been specifically designed and approved for that use. Check the individual product instructions before use.

What should I do if my product is damaged?

Stop using the product if the damage may affect safe use and contact our customer service team. We will assess the issue and advise you on the appropriate next steps.

What if I have lost the care instructions?

Please contact us and provide the product name or order information where possible. Our team will assist you with the available product guidance.
