This guide provides general information to help you look after your kitchen and dining products. Where product-specific instructions are provided, please follow those instructions first.

1. When Your Order Arrives

When you receive your order, we recommend checking the products before use.

Check Your Products

Please check:

  • The product is the item you ordered.
  • The product is complete and includes any applicable components or accessories.
  • There is no obvious damage.
  • Any packaging has been removed safely.
  • Product-specific instructions are available where applicable.

Clean with warm water and a suitable mild detergent where appropriate.

Always check product-specific instructions before using plastic or composite items in an oven, microwave or dishwasher.

8. Cookware & Heat-Resistant Products

For cookware and kitchen products designed to withstand heat:

  • Use the product only for its intended purpose.
  • Follow the stated temperature limits.
  • Use suitable utensils where necessary.
  • Allow hot items to cool appropriately before cleaning.
  • Handle hot products carefully.

Never leave cooking equipment unattended while in use where doing so could create a safety risk.

We recommend:

  • Keep sharp products away from children.

  • Handle carefully when washing.
  • Avoid placing sharp items loose in drawers.

12. Common Product Problems

Staining

For suitable materials, start with warm water and mild washing-up liquid.

Avoid aggressive cleaning products unless specifically recommended for the material.

Scratches

Avoid abrasive cleaning materials and store products carefully to reduce unnecessary scratching.

Discolouration
